Intro Qigong class

Introductory Qigong class teaching individual exercises as well as short segments of Wild Goose forms. Open to anyone wishing to improve their health and well-being through this meditative practice. Cancer patients are advised to consult with a Qigong Master prior to starting the practice.

Psychic Horizons  Presents…

Free Healing Clinic

Clairvoyant training students and graduates of Psychic Horizons will do 20 minutes combination of reading and healing. You may ask one question about which you would like some information and healing. Teachers will look at what they see affecting your issue, then do an energy healing in order to create change. They will not give advice or tell the future.

Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement Classes
Feldenkais Awareness Through Movement lessons are verbally guided, gentle movements that are done lying on a mat, sitting in a chair or standing and walking. They improve flexibility, posture, coordination and self-awareness. Everyone has a great capacity for learning, and to change habits that lead to tension, stress, fatigue and pain. The lessons integrate movement with thinking, feeling, sensing and visualization. In this learning method you will discover how to: -Relax more and breathe better -Diminish your pain and tension and gain strength and vitality -Improve your balance, coordination and concentration.
