In this Introduction to Meditation class, we will learn mindfulness and meditation techniques that can empower us to recognize and be aware of the mental traps that bring us down in our daily lives. We will learn to apply mindfulness in everyday situations to further career success, productivity, better relationships and learning to create deep stillness that leads to inner happiness.
