Food Pantry

Fresh and nutritious food is essential for a healthy life. Plus, being able to cook at home, means that you can control what you eat, and share family and cultural traditions. The Women’s Building collaborates with the San Francisco Food Bank to provide a weekly food pantry for immigrant and/or low-income families in need. Sign up to participate. Please bring your ID with a current home address. If your ID does not have your current home address, please bring a piece of mail with the current home address. You can sign-up during Food Pantry hours, or at the Community Resource Room Mondays-Fridays.

We Offer

  • Free food, including fresh fruit and vegetables, canned goods, eggs and bread.
  • A Farmer’s Market-style layout where clients select the foods that best meet their needs.
